Fishing

Peace Valley is 58 acres located on the Gasconade river, with 1000 feet of river frontage. The river is the largest river in the county. It is fed by many springs along the way. It is a great river to float for first timers. Grab a fishing pole and kick back on the river bank. Or for you Bass fishermen, the section of river that Peace Valley sits on is a Small Mouth Bass Management Area, meaning anglers may only harvest small mouth bass over 18 inches. ( a boat ramp is available ) Click below for Missouri Department of Consevation fishing regulations.

Camping and Fishing at Peace Valley would be a great activity for mens retreats or youth groups. Incorporating what Jesus said to Simon Peter and Andrew in Matthew 4:19-20 "And he saith unto them follow me and I will make you fishers of men. And they straightway left their nets, and followed him."
